Learn how you can overcome impotency and
or,
raise your libido through natural means
This is an editorial for the book "Overcoming Impotency
and Raising Libido" which explains in detail, a combination
of procedures that can help you to raise your libido and
or overcome impotency using a special combination of herbs,
specific supplements, "internal" relaxation procedures,
a new form of exercising called "blood flow exercising"
and specific dietary and lifestyle changes that enhance
the digestive and hormonal systems.
In this book I outline five "Primary"
body breakdown factors and three "Secondary" body
breakdown factors that cause loss of libido and can eventually
lead to temporary impotency. Most of the primary causes
apply to all people who suffer from either of these two
conditions however the secondary are often not applicable
to everyone.
In order to help people understand exactly
what happens inside the body to cause loss of libido and
impotency, I explain what triggers sexual urges and healthy
libido in men and women, in simple physiological terms.

Eye Problem
Last Monday I noticed a small white bump inside my eye directly
on my sclera. I went to the ophthalmologist and was told that
I have pinquecula, in both the left and right eye, except
the one in my right eye isn't noticeable to the naked eye
yet. The doctor told me that there was nothing I could do
about this, except wear sunglasses and try to avoid wind,
dust, and chemicals.
I am 32 years old, a vegetarian who takes herbs and vitamins
and would like
to know if there is something I could due to get rid of this
disease naturally, before it progresses.

Dear Mrs. W,
Firstly I would like to thank you for your inquiry.
To understand ailments of the eyes, you must first understand
how the eyes work.
The eyes are actually part of the brain and as such, they
are effected by all nerves that go into the body. This is
why, if you watch a roller coaster on TV going up and down
and around corners very fast on the roller coaster track,
your whole body actually feels as though it is traveling in
the roller coaster even though you are sitting in your lounge
chair at home.
Only your eyes see the actions of the roller coaster yet
your whole body feels every corner and downhill fall and this
effect takes place via our infinite nerve connections.
The cause of lumps, bumps and cysts
All lumps, bumps and cysts are influenced in some way by nerve
trauma and investigative physiotherapists, chiropractors and
medical scientists have proven, when we release trauma tension
from the nerves connected to specific lumps, bumps and cysts,
they gradually go away.
This reaction is the subject of a very famous observation
made by a Russian medical scientist Dr Khayetsky and is documented
in several medical journals.

In 1965 Dr Khayetsky documented, removing nerve tension through
electrolytic lesion at the hypothalamus, reduces tumors and
cysts.]
Sclera lumps are usually caused by a misalignment at the
C3 vertebra
1. The very first step you must take to overcome your
sclera lumps is to have a chiropractor or physiotherapist
check the cervical vertebra in your neck for any misalignments.
I am sure you will find at least one and with sclera lumps
it is usually at the C3 vertebra. This misalignment in particular
pinches nerves that go to the sclera and the pinched nerve
causes the lump. I know it sounds strange that neck problems
could cause your eye lumps, but every nerve that operates
the eyes goes through the neck down into the body, remember
the roller coaster effect.
2. The second step you must take is to "TEACH"
your mind and your neck muscles to relax back to normal, particularly
after the sun goes down. When the sun goes down the lack of
sunlight on the eyes signals the brain to release melatonin
which is a relaxation hormone. If you are a worrier or you
focus on your stress before bed, your mind tends to remain
overactive and discourages the release of melatonin to help
your muscles relax which can cause your mind to remain overactive
all night long.
If your right brain is overactive after the sun goes down,
you cause excess tension in the left neck muscle which pulls
the vertebra to the left and encourages a misalignment. If
your left brain is overactive after the sun goes down, you
cause excess tension in the right neck muscle which pulls
the vertebra to the right and encourages misalignment.
When you have this uneven tension in the neck muscles, something
as innocent as sneezing or turning your head to the extreme
to reverse a car etc, can trigger the misalignment. Some of
the symptoms that indicate you have a neck misalignment are:-
itchy eyes, runny nose, headache, poor short-term memory,
sore throat, pterygia, seeing spots and an uncomfortable feeling
when trying to turn the chin to one or both shoulders.
If you don't retrain your mind to slow down after sundown
and teach your neck muscles to relax, no matter how many times
you have a physiotherapist or chiropractor realign any misaligned
vertebra, the uneven neck tension will just pull your vertebra
out of alignment again.
3. Let go of the stress of the day and create a goal
to focus on before falling asleep and always appreciate the
things you have so your mind is always encouraged to have
a positive outlook and a love for life. Make sure you are
organized in your daily routine. Have three meals a day at
mealtime. When you arrive home from work etc, forget about
work and enjoy your children or your own company, your music,
your personal hobbies etc. All these things will help your
mind to be free from confusion to see clearly, then your neck
will become free from tension so your eyes can see clearly.
These principals are all explained in the seven steps to perfect

Dear Noel:
I thank you so much for replying to my e-mail, you have given
me hope.
I went to a chiropractor yesterday and she did find misalignments
on my c1 and c3 vertebra. I also have a muscle spasm on the
right side of my neck muscle.
Could you give me some suggestions on how to relax my neck
muscles, and also let me know if there are any herbal supplements
or vitamins I need to be taking in order to help my nervous
system/brain and eyes for healing to occur?
I am a doctoral student, so I have to spend a lot of my time
on the computer and reading. I don't want to aggravate my
eyes any further because of this. Is there anything that I
can do in order to release some of the tension when I am reading
or on the computer?
I will be getting the books that you recommended, and also
want to know if you come to the US for consultations or seminars?
If not, is there anyone in the US particularly, Washington,
DC area from energetic solutions?

Constant Nose Bleeds
I often suffer from nosebleed and my doctor informed me it
was something I would have to learn to put up with. Can you
offer any helpful advice?

Dear Mrs. N,
The most common cause of nose bleed apart from blowing your
nose too hard for too long, you can experience nose bleed
through a drying of the epithelial lining that encases capillaries
of what is called the "Kiessel Bach's Plexus" at
the anterior nasal septum. (The division between the two nasal
passages.)
High blood pressure can also encourage nosebleed however
blood flow exercises will usually correct high blood pressure
in a matter of three to five exercise workouts.
Also these tiny capillaries can become dry themselves and
encourage nosebleed.
The cause of dry capillaries
These fine tissues require calcium, potassium, iron and magnesium
the quality of which, can only be supplied from natural fruits,
vegetables, cheese and eggs. Alternatively, coffee, tea (not
herb tea), alcohol, processed foods, pharmaceutical drugs
and certain hormones, destroy these particular minerals. Oxygen
also plays a major part in helping the fine tissues assimilate
these minerals during the healing process.
I suggest you firstly look at your diet and if you are already
on a good diet, you should consider going on a two-week blood
cleansing diet to aid the body's own healing process. (Just
fruits and vegetables for 14 days only, supervised by a therapist
who can monitor your blood pressure.)
