Youth Teach
"Don't leave kids to carry the weight
of the world or they will loose their love for life itself."
Our Mission Statement
"Self-confidence, Knowledge, Vision
and Encouragement"
"Without self-confidence, knowledge is wasted,
without knowledge, visions cannot begin
and without visions, encouragement will be ignored"
NB
I believe the four attributes of our mission statement
are what we need to teach our youth to help the world minimise
the youth social shortfalls and help to overcome the devastating
drug problems that destroy the potential in our developing
youth.
Above All, Youth Need To Believe In Themselves
After growing up under the care of a father who suffered
from alcoholism, to overcome epilepsy and bronchitis and
then become a nationally successful athlete, I know how
much kids can achieve "if" they are given
the right tuition and encouragement. My tuition and encouragement
came from my mother, Rudy Droste who was a very successful
weightlifter and a Doctor Charles Elliott who was patient
enough to teach me about health at a very young age and
encourage me in beliefs that helped me to overcome my epilepsy
"completely". Most importantly, these three people
helped me to believe in myself which is by far the most
important thing I needed to learn to develop health, happiness
and vitality.
"Youth Teach" is a Organisation that I
plan to establish internationally. It is an organisation
designed to reach out and teach and motivate kids who are
faced with lifestyle disharmony and circumstances that prevent
them from developing their true potential.
After learning the vast importance of believing
in myself and developing my own goals, I have a strong desire
to reach out to kids everywhere and help them firstly to
believe in themselves and secondly, to develop the personal
visions that will lead them to true success in life.
Children need to be taught how to express
themselves, how to develop self-confidence and stability
and how to develop healthy relationships as they mature
into adulthood. If they are not taught these necessities
of success, they can so easily fall by the wayside as they
are confronted with the ever-changing hurdles of life.
What we will teach
"Youth Teach" will not offer
primary and secondary schooling, we will teach career and
recreational life skills and search for personal potential
in individuals. We will also cater for parents both single
and married, who are having difficulty creating family harmony
and dealing with the stress of life.
It is our intention to purchase land and establish
"Life Skill Centers" in Australia and in America,
to hold seminars and workshops on natural health, family
and career relationships, priority thinking, lifestyle planning
and money management. We will also establish courses in
public speaking, athletics, acting and entertaining, placing
a priority on developing individuals in the directions of
their heart.
The family harmony and relationship concepts
we will promote, are outlined in our book "True Happiness
Relies On The Trinity Within" which are based on the
importance of family bonding that takes place when families
come together at mealtime to encourage unity, conformity
and personal development. It also explains how to develop
the three parts of the personality that are responsible
for contentment and maturity.
A survey revealed the reason why some
kids join street gangs and turn to crime
A survey was carried out in New York, to find
out what separated kids who joined street gangs, from kids
who didn't and the only thing investigators discovered that
made the difference, was that kids who didn't, came from
families who sat down together at mealtime. Mealtime is
when kids are repeatedly exposed to discipline to conform,
acknowledgment of accomplishment and encouragement to progress.
This is often the only time all the members of one family
come together at one time to share discipline and love and
these are two attributes that are helpless unless applied
equally.
When it comes to kids, love is helpless
without discipline
and discipline is helpless without love
Children need to develop through five
specific stages of growth from birth to puberty
Seminars that cater for adult leadership will focus on teaching
adults to have an understanding of the five stages of growth
of a child's mind, up to puberty. Youth who miss out on
learning these five stages of growth through family interactions,
will lack the knowledge and the confidence to progress as
an adult in society. Alternatively, any adult who has difficulty
interacting and finding happiness and success in society,
needs to develop in one or more of these five areas of confidence
and advancement to complete the teachings they missed out
on, during childhood.
Children need to learn three aspects of
life, in each of these five
stages of growth. (Discipline, accomplishment and compassion.)
Youth need to develop three aspects of their personality
in all five of these stages of their growth from birth to
puberty. They need to learn (1) aspects of self-discipline,
(2) aspects of planning their accomplishments and accepting
failure if their goals don't unfold according to plan, and
(3) aspects of compassion that motivate them to teach and
encourage others from the success they achieve along the
way.
These three requirements of our natural design,
come from the three aspects of the Trinity which influences
everything in nature. To achieve true contentment and success,
we must abide by discipline, accomplishment and compassion,
as these are the three things that reach our spirit, our
soul and our body, to create complete fulfillment. These
three aspects of our personality actually influence three
hormonal glands to release three different hormones that
influence three aspects of our contentment.
If we do not act according to the
three aspects of nature,
our mind and body will no longer act naturally.
Society needs to develop men and women of
character, with strong values and responsible leadership
qualities and the most effective way to do this, is to teach
these qualities to our children as they grow.
Many of our teenagers who are addicted to
drugs can be treated through vitamin C, a multi mineral
supplement, a blood detoxification diet, blood flow exercising
and specific dietary changes and these procedures can do
well to help individuals. On the other hand, our youngsters
of today need to be taught specific survival skills and
given regular encouragement along the way to prevent them
from delving into drugs in the first place. They are only
taking drugs because nobody is sitting down with them at
mealtime, nobody is listening to their ambitions and the
interests that excite them, to share the enjoyment of bringing
their goals to fruition. Our children need, "Self-confidence,
Knowledge, Vision and Encouragement" and if nobody
gives them these necessities, they will fall by the wayside
and rebel.
Don't ever forget, the greatest gifts
we can ever give our children, are our undivided attention
and the knowledge they need to progress.
"My people are destroyed for lack
of knowledge:"
